Alicia is a senior member of the TrueBridge operations team, leading the firm’s marketing and brand strategy. She joined TrueBridge with more than 20 years of marketing and communications leadership spanning asset management, banking, and brokerage, with deep expertise across public markets and private equity. Most recently, Alicia served as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Marketing at HarbourVest Partners, where she set and executed the firm’s global brand strategy. In that role, she defined and executed the firm’s global brand and go-to-market strategy, overseeing all marketing, branding, and corporate communications across 14 global markets. She built and scaled enterprise-level global marketing capabilities, expanded the firm’s brand footprint, and significantly increased brand visibility to support fundraising and client engagement.

Earlier in her career, Alicia led integrated corporate visibility strategies for Fidelity Investments and reputation management and public relations for State Street and State Street Global Advisors.  Her experience also includes investor relations, corporate communications, and public affairs roles at Investment Technology Group, the International Securities Exchange, and Instinet. She began her career at public relations agencies in New York and Washington, D.C.

Alicia holds a BA from the University of Pittsburgh with a dual major in political science and communications.
