Amit brings a perspective shaped by experience across venture investing, fund investing, and the legal side of building and financing technology companies. He invests across the firm’s platform, with a particular focus on identifying and building relationships with leading seed and emerging venture managers. He is also a member of the firm’s leadership team.
Before TrueBridge, Amit led the seed fund program at Bain Capital Ventures, where he worked with seed and pre-seed managers investing across fintech, SaaS, commerce, infrastructure, and other technology sectors. Previously, he was a Principal at 500 Global, working closely with founders and early-stage companies. Amit began his career as a corporate attorney at Wilson Sonsini, advising technology companies and venture investors on financings and other strategic transactions.
Amit holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
