Olga Diaz joins TrueBridge with over 17 years of HR leadership experience across investment management and real estate sectors. She spent more than a decade at Third Point, where she focused on talent management, HR operations, and building a collaborative, high-performing work culture. Most recently, she led human resources functions for a real estate management firm, deepening her expertise in organizational design and employee engagement.
Olga earned her B.A. in Political Science and Government from SUNY Oneonta and holds a certification in Life Coaching from IAP Career College, as well as a SHRM-CP credential.
