Urgan is a member of the TrueBridge investment team, where she focuses on a full range of investment activity across fund and direct investments.
Prior to joining TrueBridge, Urgan worked at RBC Capital Markets in New York as an investment banking analyst and associate, advising senior leadership of high-growth clients on strategies such as leveraged buyouts and equity financing. She previously worked as an investor with VU Venture Partners and as a strategy and operations associate at a stealth startup company.
Urgan received her BBA from Baruch College, where she ran on the women’s cross-country team. She has worked at Tibetan refugee camps, supporting both children and adult care centers.
